This spell when cast enchants the target
object or creature of no more than 500 pounds total weight.
Only willing subjects or inanimate objects can be affected.
The affected target then begins to hover
2 feet off of the ground. The object or creature can then
be pushed or pulled along with considerable ease, but will
not move on its own more than 5 ‘. If cast on a sentient creature,
the creature can control his horizontal motion at will with
perfect manuverability at a speed of 30ft. If the affected
target falls off a cliff the spell allows the creature to
decend slowly as per a feather fall spell ending its decent
2 feet from the ground.
Hovering targets can cross over any sort
of terrain as long as it is solid or liquid. The target of
the spell can choose to end it at any time, but can only "land"
by ending the spell (standard action) or exceeding the 500
lb. weight limit either by actual weight or force of strength
by pulling himself down on an object.
An object that is hovering cannot hover
over another object that is hovering, if this happens the
spell affecting the topmost object is negated.
